Es Porxet

Es Porxet

This delightful small house, Es Porxet, lies in the middle of an extensive orange grove, surrounded by citrus and other fruit trees. It is remarkable for the tranquility that reigns in this part of the outskirts of Biniaraix.

Es porxet was an ancient rustic storehouse, and has been completely reformed to perfectly combine its rustic style with its modern fittings. There is a garden area in front, with chairs and tables, where one can sit in the sun or the shade, and contemplate the uninterrupted views of all the mountains that surround the valley of Sóller; an ideal place to watch the sunset!

The hamlet of Biniaraix is a favorite destination for mountain walkers, one of the most well known, and beautiful of the ancient mountain paths is the 'Barranc de Biniaraix', but it is by no means the only one.

Es Porxet is 5 minutes walk (1 by car or bike) from the centre of Biniaraix, and some 15 minutes walk (3 by car or bike) from the main square in Sóller. It can take up to 4 people, and has 1 double bedroom, and a seperate double bed on a small mezzanine suitable for two children up to 12 years old.
